It is easy to get a quick estimate of the potential savings that your company will enjoy. You simply identify (a) size of dust collector motor(s) ex: 200HP, (b) hours of operation per day, per week, per year, (c) number of workstations and size of duct connected to the dust collector ex: 6" Qty 18, and (d) the rate per kWh of electricity for ex: .07 cents per kWh. Submit the Shop Survey Form and you will get a quick reply.

Do not underestimate the importance of a complete and accurate Shop Survey Form for a more precise estimate of your unique situation. The Shop Survey is an extremely important component of the evaluation process to more accurately quantify your savings. The form itself is not so important, however, the accuracy of the data is important. Most plants already have some “form” which contains most of the required data. A schematic flow diagram is very helpful to generate the most accurate savings estimates. While a schematic flow diagram is not required for the initial estimate, it will be required during the final field analysis before equipment is ordered.

It is also important to provide the name of your utility provider, a contact person and phone number. This information is used to determine if your Utility provider offers Energy Efficient Incentives (most Utility Providers have incentives). If the answer is yes, it is our intention to qualify our system and use these incentives to lower your cost.

NOTE: During the final field analysis the diameter of the duct at each workstation is recorded even if your workstation has hydraulic gates or automatic gates. This information is used to calculate total CFM demand and order the correct number of blast gates and sensors.
