This is
a new product for industrial users. It is an electronic control
unit based on the OMRON industrial control system used to
control electronic ECOGATE® blast gates . In connection
with the Inverter, it continually optimizes the amount of
power supplied to your dust collector. That generates savings.

Standard
version has 22 channels (EG102a), the other versions 44
(EG102b) and 88 (EG102e) channels (a channel means output
for the blast gate and input for the sensor). Each
channel can control up to six blast gates working in parallel
(this feature is important on multi-port machinery) and
one sensor. |

- Automatic
or manual bypass and test control modes.
- Fully
automatic regulating loops to ensure necessary air
velocity and vacuum level using the minimum of the
dust collector power.
